The input shaft has an inner bearing and an outer. you can see the outer in your video. The smaller inner bearing is probably shot. When I took mine apart the inner needles fell out. Had to replace the input shaft. They say to overfill the getrag 360 with oil due to poor lubrication on factory fill level.
Does the input shaft just slite out? i broke mine and never had one apart before

@TheFenderbolt Yea 5 quarts of 5W-30 synethetic motor oil is the best.
