How far in advance do you prepare your fondant pieces? I have not quite worked out timing yet and I seem to always be in a rush when preparing my cakes! Thanks! AJ

I cut them free-hand with an exacto knife. I dusted the green parts with green powder food coloring to give them dimension. HTH!
