The sword 'bending' here could be due to the fact that the sensor on the 7D (and with pretty much all DSLR sensors) uses a 'rolling shutter' capture. i.e. The top row of pixels is captured first, then the second row etc, rather than the whole image at once.

@martynmeaker91 There are many different types of swords. Some of them are made very thin, so they do bend. The swords used in the clip may be fake, i dont know, but just because they bend dosnt mean that they are.
