But generally I would say (as the brother of an adopted black girl) that it is usually other kinds of stereotyping like

"not being able to perform work as good", "not wanting to work", "sucking on welfare" or applying The N word (in any form such as even 'neggaz') to yourself or others that really isolates people from one another.
