Thanks for sharing! Just out of curiosity, which specific soundtrack CD is this from? I have an alternate (strictly) orchestral version from the original Koichi Sugiyama symphonic suite CD. This and other ones you posted are very interesting versions... =)

Definitely... I'm a fan of a lot of classical music anyways... but Koichi's melodies are superb!

I also answered my own question above... the CD that contains this version (and others posted by RPGMusicDotOrg of Dragon Quest II) is titled "Suite Dragon Quest II" and is performed by the Tokyo Strings Ensemble. The catalog number is BY30-5136
