@PappaShmack Agreed. At least with Call of Duty's 4 and World at War, Infinity Ward/Activision at least tried to balance out the weaponry, perks, and killstreak rewards. With the latest editions, you can tell they're not even trying anymore. Submachine Guns are way too accurate, shotguns have way too much range and damage, Assault Rifles and LMG's share a mixture of the 3 problems, and the later perks/killstreak rewards give the player way too much an advantage.

@giguyjoe2nd But by far the biggest offender for me is the Sniper Rifles. They are WAAAAAAAAY too powerful. Almost every shot that hits with one of those rifles results in an instant kill. How is that fair? Not to mention in MW3, you've got 5/6 rifles or 83% of them that are one shot kill. And with Quickscoping no less. How can the average player even compete with that?
