yo POPTUB, I m training to expand my vertical leap by following the workout course over at | 50 inch vertical [dot] com | - and so far improved over 8-9 inches thus far but I m even now a a little off from dunking the ball It's only my second week so far, any tips?

Poptub, i love this show but because it's daily, there's too many video's to catch up on and i miss loads and fall behind, why not make it weekly, or twice weekly. Many people i've met have said it's too much too. PLEASE CONSIDER
