Chasing Amy was superb and sad Drama/Romance. Ben Affleck and Joey Lauren Adams showed brilliant, emotional and very professional acting.

Anyone that hates on this movie has lost my respect. This movie has everything (sweetness, rude humor, a tragic ending, hot chicks, and cool guys).

this trailer seems to downplay the movie.

everyone told me it sucked so i waited to see it, until i heard Jersey Girl was terrible, which i haven't seen, so i watched this.

i thought it was great. i just think this trailer doesn't work for the movie. maybe it gets people to see it but i don't think it really presents the movie in it's true light.

I don't think you're alowed to say "laid" on a G-rated movie trailer, and the "you're dating a guy" thing was probably cut out of the actual movie. Trailers are like that.

"Chasing Amy" is Kevin Smith's masterpiece. I freakin' love it.

Chasing Amy is a perfectly fitting example of Kevin Smith's inanity, and anything made by Kevin Smith deserves no more praise than one would give a rancid turd. There is NOTHING about Chasing Amy, nor anything else touched by the trite mediocrity of Kevin Smith, that is worth a moment's notice. His work is shallow, empty, stupid and worthless, and Chasing Amy is a great example of how utterly unskilled he is as a film maker. Chasing Amy is absolute garbage.
