Evening Procession on the Boston & Lowell at Woburn

That last train had an MBB cab car. I've never seen one of those on the North Side. I thought they only use them on the South Side. Up on the North Side, they use the Comet II cab cars. I wonder why that train had an MBB?

Tell me more about the MBB and Comet II cars so that I'll know what I have here.

Take a look at the cab car of the last train and compare it to the cab car of the first train (not the Downeaster, but the first Commuter Rail train) and tell me if you see a difference.
