When u switch stance keep swinging to opposite side and slightly up now. Now jump straight up while throwing arms hard to the side
i didnt really like his punch.... he just kinda threw it out threre, didnt really put his body into it, this technique must make it tough to really throw a punch afterwards due to foot placement....

It shows how you can use your momentum to transition into something for a performance or as a nice "end stance" or even a "staged battle" manuever. Good stuff.
Also, throwing a move and not a follow-up leaves doubt as to how controlled you were at the end of the move. If you follow-up with a punch you look like you were in control that whole time. If you don't you look off-balance.
