Roach admitted he decided Pac would fight DLH when he saw Floyd beat him because Roach was in the corner for DLH against Floyd.
Roach admitted..."It was the right time for pac to fight DLH as he could no longer pull the trigger".
So I don't think they even considered DLH for Pac as far back as Mqz II. DLH was at JMW and Pac was at JLW.

@aschindler22 Maruquez announced that he has recently been trying to get a fight with Pacquaio. He said he requested a catchweight of 144 lbs. Pac has declined and said that he would not offer a catchweight. he said if Marquez wanted a fight he would have to come to full 147 lbs.
It is the same situation now. If pac destroys Marquez all is well, buit what if he gives pac another tough fight especially after Floyd shut him out 12-0.

No Pac fan has ever explained why the most thorough and comprehensive testing possible would be a bad thing for boxing.

Ring Magazine has named Floyd the No.1 WW but they kept pac as No.1 P4P because he sells magazines. Their No. 1 P4P isn't even No.1 in his own division, LMAO!!!.

1st, if you think you know anything about boxing you would know that Teddy Atlas is a well respected individual in the sport. So why would you hate someone who is known for fairness?
2nd, Giving blood 2 weeks before a fight will NOT make a difference, or weaken you. Perhaps it will weaken Pacman when it shows he has been on some PEDs.
3rd, Mayweather does choose his fights. And I think it takes a cheater to know one. Pretty sure Mayweather Sr. knows PEDs when he sees them.
