Yep, Erica thought for some reason that Kendall and Greenlee were lovers (after hearing them talk about Kendall wanting to be a surrogate for Greenlee and Ryan's baby, but Erica got the message completely wrong). So Kendall wanted to show how ridicolous that was and pulled Greenlee into a kiss in front of Erica. They followed that up by pretending they were together and then told Erica it was just for show.
