On another note, first time I played I got Galactic God staying up overnight. I didn't know it existed, I just couldn't put it down. However, I feel now that it was a complete waste. Like many games, it was neat...for a little while.

computer game's main threat is in their inevitable result of increadibly indulging ones ego. Ego bathes in a world of control and god like role and thus power. Power is the number one intoxifier for the ego and is more addictive than any of the drugs of the body. it's ironic how innocent computer games might appear when in fact they are probably more dangerous for a healthy psychological development of a child than alcohol.

But, power is not what corrupts. Innately good people will not be corrupted by such a thing as power. Most of those in power here are corrupt because their entire existence was designed from evil. That is, their essence is evil and they will naturally lean towards it...too few if any realize that they are leading us on a path to destruction.

If you study how corruption actually occurs in the world it is not a result of video games. Also, everyone can do good and do bad - character is only part of what drives behavior. Situation has a lot to do with it too.

The creatures are selected randomly by the computer. The computer chooses the creatures to each planet so that it fits in fine. It may download other players´ creatures and use them as it sees it work. This massive universe is possible because they figured out a way to compress megabyte scaled files to just a few kilobytes.

theres a pretty mcuh infinate amount of planets but you would never have enough time to see all the creatures made because people are making them so fastyou could never catch up

and even if you did you would ahve proably forgotten that you had already seen it if there are so many

Most planets won't have life on, but will need to be terraformed before you can put any on it.
