I think ur using d ultimate strength design since the size of the beam is small with doubly reinfoced bars.. Stirrups are around 10mm in diamter spaced @ 5-0.05,5-0.10 & rest @ 0.25... Am I ryt?

C'est tout simplement 1000 Newton ou si tu prefere 102 kg
Dans ce video on applique une charge de 3874 kg ou environs 4 tonnes.
cette petite poutre armé d'acier peut supporter au moins 60 personnes!
