Dougworth, I disagree with your statement -- I can see where you'd say that Randy's vocals were maybe a bit more raw, almost void of talent (meaning that his vocals were centered around the fact that the music he sang along to was pure metal), but -- I think he progressively sounded better on every record

He's learned to pitch his screams, making him a very versatile metal vocalist -- I will refer to "In Your Words" as an example, where both verses contain two distinct types of metal screaming

Both verses in that song have two very distinct, and very brutal, styles of screaming

i was at this show (in the front row right). it was pretty sweet. at the legendary CBGBs and the lineup was sick - NEMHF afterparty show headlined by the Haunted featuring diecast, haste, bhbs, and liav. back in the day, very few kids knew about log. there was a pit, but out of the cameras range. the reason its a sexy ass vid is cuz cbgbs streamed all their shows live on their website. audio is run thru the board and someone recorded the stream.

nah man, coming from a vocalist, Sacrament is the most technical stuff. It may not sound as "brutal" but I think the metal community is kind of getting over "brutality". In my own humble opinion. Its got a lot of different levels and his range has expanded ten fold since Burn The Priest.
