So it's backed by a cut of the population's income rather by a commodity (gold, silver, land, wool). I would wager a trillion dollars...if I had it that the Euro shall fail just as I am sure the Dollar shall fail. As I have seen all of these currencies are controlled by banks who use them to there own advantage such as the Federal Reserve banking cartel. When money is based on nothing then it is worth nothing.

@rh1507 Strictly fiat currency is not based on nothing - it is backed by the ability of the government to raise tax income (which of course is also in fiat currency). So it's backed by a cut of the population's income rather by a commodity (gold, silver, land, wool). The problem is that printing more fiat currency doesn't guarantee more work will be done in the future and thus is not guaranteed to support future tax receipts. But they try and they try and they try.....

1) completely new constitution 2) more states under the law of the Grundgesetz. (article 23 GG BEFORE reunion, version of 1945)
so basically the grundgesetz IS our constitution. -.- It was decided like that because the Grundgesetz has proven itself to be good.
I DID know Art. 146 before and I DO know about german law.

No, it´s not. The BRD was founded as economical structure by the West Powers after WW2 and basically those powers can still make the decisions, not the German governent.

I believe that he was attempting to create a connection between the metaphysical "logos" of law; its image, and its representative, pragmatic signifiers. In that case, Germany indeed would be observed to have a law that has a derive/represent ratio that is outstanding, relative to other geopolitical structures.

To me it still seems pretty likely that Germany was granted "souvereignity" because it was already made sure that the "BRD" was going to be a part of the NATO and the WEU.
And I don´t care if you panic, my point of view is that truth doesn´t have to fear questions, if you have a problem with competing interpretations of history it only reveals your insecurity.
