Fukuyama is kind of overrated now. But I don't blame the fans, he does an amazing job no matter what role he's playing. He does an awesome job of depicting the specific character.
It's her fate to disappear. When they(or rather, Kyle) destroys the Lens, then Reala will disappear, because her existence is part of the Lens or something like that.
But anyway, Reala is asking Kyle to believe that she will return and they'll meet again.
