Oh my goodness that cage is way too small- even for one Syrian hamster to live in let alone three :( please please buy three sperate bins and use those as cages instead! Also Syrians as Babies are fine to live together but when they get older they will fight causing eachother serious injuries.
@jasper561996 Even then the cage is quite small for all three of them it's almost like putting three people in a closet together - I'm really not trying to make this sound like you're abusing them or anything like that it's just that I'm sure they'd be much happier if they had more room to move about.
