I was exaggerating on the whole "7th grade" remark, but I don't see how being social with everyone makes Jesus more liberal than conservative. The majority of conservatives are very kind towards others despite disagreement on behavior. They also donate to charity more than liberals in general..

@swisswilli Also, I don't recall Jesus advocating government programs that pushed others into helping the poor; he desired for men to give out of their own heart. He didn't necessarily dislike money. He just didn't like the arrogance displayed by many of the rich.
And in regards to war, the Bible does state that the gov. carries the sword for a reason, and it can defend itself. In the Old testament, Israel went to war many times w/ God's blessing (and I blieve Christ was the embodiment of God).
