Okay, here's my confusion. I own all 7 seasons on DVD. I have watched all of the episodes on those DVDs. I have NEVER seen this scene! I have gone searching for this episode online and everything I find says it's the "Koi Pond" episode from season 6. And even the synopsis on the box says, "The office puts on a Halloween haunted house for local children." But when you play that episode, IT HAS NOTHING TO DO WITH HALLOWEEN! I'm assuming it was a cold openeing. But WHERE HAS IT DISSAPPEARED TO!?

@Monker4444 This introduction was replaced after the initial airing. I think the hanging scene was a little offensive. I was confused by this too, since I watched the halloween scene on TV and couldn't find it on netflix. They simply cut it out later.

@LenaMary87 Okay, as I understand it, the koi pond episode originally aired with this haunted warehouse scene, (I found the full clip at ht tp://w ww .nbc. com/the-office/vid eo/haunted-wareh ouse/1170902/ ...just remove the spaces). But some people considered it too offensive, so when they released the DVD version, they removed this scene. However, they didn't remove it from the synopsis. So the box still says "the office hosts a haunted house," but that scene isn't actually in the episode now.

I think they took this part out because at the end it shows Michael pretending to hang himself in front of a bunch of kids and says "Kids suicide is not the answer" then Darryl says "What is wrong with you?" It's funny but I guess inappropriate.
