Roxas IS Sora's Nobody. He is Sora's body. When Sora stabbed himself, his heart went away, but Ven's stayed within Sora's body. Sora turned into a Heartless, while his body animated into existence. The only reason why Roxas can feel emotion, and experience emotion is due to having Ven's heart inside him. He has no access to Ven's memories, only his Keyblade once Xion dies.

Ventus' body is still hidden within Castle Oblivion, no other place.

Castle Oblivion was NOT created my Namine, in birth by sleep you find out that castle oblivion was originality the land of departure the home world of Terra, Aqua, and vens master. After there master was killed and Vens heart was shredded aqua needed a place to hide ven. So she hid him in a room in the land of departure and locked the world turning it into castle oblivion. The further you go into the castle the more memory's everyone will lose, EXCEPT Aqua who is stuck in the realm of darkness

For some reason, I'm still not convinced he said "Sora." It is possible that Roxas only believes that Xemnas called him Sora. Having played every game to date and knowing Birth By Sleep's story, I can say that Roxas barely has anything in common with Sora other than that they are the same age and that they care about their friends. Also, Xemnas remembers being Terra, which is why he sent Axel to Castle Oblivion so many times to search for Ventus and also why he revisits Aqua's armor.

Well, Xemnas in a way is connected to Terra. Think about it... Terra's sentiment only remembered the hatred and anger he felt toward Xehanort. And later in KH2, Xemnas talks about how all he remembers are rage and hate.

Funny how the Terra/Xehanort theory happened to have been true!

And Terra's FACE itself (in terms of how it moves and whatnot) is different and somehow transforms out of nowhere when he puts on the scientist suit. Also the fact that his eyes (when Xehanort possessed him) suddenly went from Yellow to brown even though Terra's normal eye color is blue.

THEN KH2 made him complicated by saying his name isn't even Ansem, but is Xehanort and that he was a betraying scientist who became a Heartless and has a nobody. He didn't say it never actually happened. He said it did, but in Roxas's dream, it turned out differently than the real conversation. So this is more mixed with Roxas's own thoughts and confusion.

And while Xemnas did say Sora, both Roxas and him are connected to Ven. When you compare the scenes, it's too much of a coincidence. Two people who we theorize connect to Terra and Ven, the same pat on the shoulder (with the same echo as in BBS at that), Roxas turning his head a little...
