well, all I can say he's a good thaiboxer. But. Lots of bad injuries in the sport. I was in it myself for 6 years. Decided to start it again after had a baby,had a couple of sparrings,missed a cross. The trainer was looking on ,came up to me and said. Look. You're a young lady and don't want to get yourself hurt. Later in the evening had a headache and thought how right he was:) that is an alright thing to do when you're 24, not 32)) But still it is an amazing workout without sparring
