i have 2 professional guitarist friends who were PROUD of playing on $100 guitars and selling cds made on a tape recorder....pitifully small thinking...8 years later they--finally--got a $2000 gibson and $200 mics, pzm, mixer and record into the computer...if they did this years ago they would have faired much better...THIS IS THE ROLE OF THE PRODUCER/MANAGER to think BIGGER...when musicians are too modest to do so !!!!!

@MacReverb2 i and my band, had a millionaire sponsor in Los Feliz, (los angeles), CA and he built a studio from the ground up and and got a 24 track and $1000's dollars in equipment...he was/is about to get a REAL SSL/NEVE board/outbard gear for about $50,000 worth...a neumann u87 mic($5000) and pro tools 3 accel 8.0 with a quad core 3.0 computer($18,000) and $2000 guitar and $5000 birch recording drum kit...etc...BIG THINKING...

after liostening to both, satriani definitely has a case. They took his chorus , and stretched it out for an entire song; exact ryhtem, tempo, feel, AND chord changes( accept for a slightluy differant substitution which gives the same sound and feel anyway)

when you plug your piano into your looper do u put it in the midi plug or the normal plug and when u plug the piano and the mic do u have anymore slots for otherthings??

I plug my keyboard into the instrument input (1/4"). I can also plug my mic into the XLR input, but I didn't for this song. The other input is an aux. input. There are no MIDI inputs on this, but there is a USB and flash drive to store data. It's a Digitech Jamman if you want to look up more about it.

Nice Job Leesha, you can handle that keyboard well. I remember the first time I heard this song I asked someone if it was U2. I just thought the style sounded a lot like Bono for some reason. BTW, I got your CD and love it! The songs are amazing and it is worth every penny. I don't know but I think this one is going to sell out unless you get a lot of copies of it made!!! It does look as though you are having a blast with this song. For such an earthy singer/songwriter, you sure handle the technology well.
