I'm quite surprised on how beautiful the sound is. I mean it's sounds a lot better than the GT-R, the boring SLS, or Rossion. Such a nice music coming from a tiny car, hell my c350 doesn't even comes close to this sound.

If you remove the silencer completely it's just a lil' bit louder, but sounds almost the same...the T-Jet engine isn't that loud even without any silencer and decatted :-/

@blakK1337 Mmm not really, if you check out the sound of a stock Abarth it sounds much much different, really love the sound of mine, i haven't heard other Abarths with this tone of noise ;)

@marchettino You are right. The stock abarth (T-Jet) is much more quiet and sounds way different. But what I wanted to say is: If you remove all silencer it is just a lil bit louder (as in your clip) but it seems to sounds almost the same.

I fully agree that your A500 has a lovely sound ;-)

Do you got mods on your engine?

@blakK1337 It you remove the catalyst it sounds more raw and loud, the muffler make a great diffrerence if you remove it, that part really change the sound of the car, for example if you get the Record Monza or Assetto Corse exhaust muffler, the sound will be more metallic, with my muffler more deep..

I have the ECU reflash and turbo sensors of the Grande Punto Abarth ;)

I run almost the same config (but in a Grande-Punto). But I got no silencer but a 100 cell catalyst. The tone is a lil bit higher as your A500 produces, I think. But it's hard to compare between reality and video ;-)

If you installed MAP sensors (from esseesse?) you've adjusted the ECU to the new sensors, right? Else the engine will misfire :o

@matunbojo Ce l'ho da 1 anno e mi trovo benissimo, l'unica pecca è il serbatoio che tiene solo 34 litri, per il resto va benone. La mia ha qualche modifica, ho provato quella con 135cv e l'ho trovata un po fiacca

And it's lovely to see a red 500, red and black really suit it, just like the Grande Punto Abarth. Yet ALL of them are white here in Slovenia. Same goes for the new Giuliettas, either white or black, you rarely get to see a red one for sale. WHat is it with people and dull colors?!? O_O

@PrimozResman It's a stainless steel handmade exhaust, the decat is Ragazzon. Yeah same here, everyone ewant the Abarth white or black, but the Tributo Ferrari always red, that's ridicolous. Mine is very different from most of the other boring colours combinations and people also stop to take a look at the car. Now i'm getting Akrapovic exhaust because this one is not street legal and it's too dangerous to keep using it :)

@Emericasktr1 Yes is has an exhaust system, a very tuned one. Abarth is a tuning division of Fiat and one of the things they make is performance exhausts. This exhaust note is very Ferrari-esque.
