Being a civil Engineer and a quantum-general physicist. The "air" ripples formed by the spinning projectile have been transferred from air movement/motion to water/liquid motion. So the air ripples can then be manipulated via the water quantity as "ripples shown"

Also, the ripples observed in the water is not water being "thrown off" the bullet by centripetal force, but its actually air from a few inches before the bottles position travelling with the bullet because of pressure.

Why does the bullet go twice as fast when it goes through something, strange physics. I mean look at the apple like (the first one). And the bullets like twice the size when it leaves. Me thinks the first ones a FAKE!!!

None of these are fake or computerized. The camera speeds up a bit after the initial impact and the bullet, when faced with resistance, flattens slightly making it look larger.
