@Lhabyan Well workout your butt and legs muscles. Believe me it will not make you butt bigger, you will grow more strength in your muscle so it will be able to burn more fat. Also.. toning your butt muscle give support to that fat that tends to drop down (with the gravity) and make a weird butt shape.
I had this problem too.. with my butt.. and i focused on working butt and armstring.

Hey Thanks for the lesson Kim, I have a hip issue it is not to bad but I think this should definetly make it stronger. I am a male, I have no problems working out the upperbody but exercises like these, for some reason really kick my ass. Thanks Kim, good job.
Let me throw some numbers out there... 90% of the vieuwers are guys looking to see some tight butt jumping up and down... the other 10% are guys that just love to watch chicks work-out..
I love working out, and keeping but firm, toned and big, but why is it that every single Get a bigger Butt workout video, the instructor never has a butt???? Just asking, don't jump all over me, I mean this work out is good, but I think I'll stick to my Navy Seal workouts!
To all you guys who say these exercises won't work.. I can say for a fact that they do.. It depends on your fitness.. I wasn't very fit or toned when i started, now i'm half way there.. If you're already toned you may need something more intense

Her but may be small, but it's toned and I'm sure it's very FIRM.-that's the point. The shape of your ass is in your genes... HA ! But really, for those who want a fatter ass you need to eat some collard greens and mac n cheese, but if you want a firmer ass you do these exercises. I would rather be firm than fat. Just sayin'...

I've been studying the topic of weight loss for about 10 years now (I'm a personal trainer for a living) so I think I can shed some light on the topic.
HOW TO LOSE FAT
1) Cut out carbs in the evenings (eat "low glycemic" carb sources in the day).
2) Choose the exercises that burn the most calories (NOT sit ups and curls). Squats, Lunges, Pull Ups etc. are great examples.
3) Use the software and meal plans from FatLossCustomized. com
@ardneklolful its not to make it bigger its to make it firmer there is a difference!!!!!! you lose the fat in ur ass and replace it with muscle therefore you have a less saggy and firmer butt
Wait, how would the plie squat target the inner AND outer thighs? Aren't they an agonist/antagonist pair?
My main concern with this is she's teaching moves like side squat/lunge and split squats, which require some degree of strength people may not have, yet only uses 10lbs extra for squats. People should work up to a heavier squat to build a leg strength base before moving on to those advanced unilateral-emphasized versions perhaps?
Otherwise, they should be attempted carefully and slowly.

Wait, how would the plie squat target the inner AND outer thighs? Aren't they an agonist/antagonist pair?
My main concern with this is she's teaching moves like side squat/lunge and split squats, which require some degree of strength people may not have, yet only uses 10lbs extra for squats. People should work up to a heavier squat to build a leg strength base before moving on to those advanced unilateral-emphasized versions perhaps?
Otherwise, they should be attempted carefully and slowly.
