This guide helped a lot. Thank you. I was doing Mission 1 Garage Scene for my choke-holds before this. that took like 5 minutes per-hold. After four tries I was like "Not gonna happen" Then I stumbled on this.

Also, the small section right before this spot also worked for me really well, got 7 holds out of it.

@10isawsome You walk and stand as I have, the bad guy stubles over you and grabs you.

@10isawsome I don't know if it is what helped, but when i did this mission for the holds, I put armor on my second controller character. Before I put armor on him, he wasn't grabbed a single time. After that, Grab-a-palooza.

@05ilikepie Not that I could find that provides all of these benefits. You can select this level straight off as it is a multiplayer level.
