All of Coheed's work is based of Claudio Sanchez's comic, just because this song covers the turmoil and torture of one of the characters doesn't mean it's emo at all, just that they are conveying the scene in music and not imagery

You know, Claudio's story is based alot off of his life. Not everything, but alot.
For example, the character Newo Ikkin is a reference to one of Claudio's ex-girlfriends, Nikki Owen.
And just because their lyrics are based off of a comic book doesn't mean that they don't have the same, or similar meanings.
I'm really not trying to offend you or Co&Ca.

All of Coheed's work is based of Claudio Sanchez's comic, just because this song covers the turmoil and torture of one of the characters doesn't mean it's emo at all, just that they are conveying the scene in music and not imagery
