I would just note that the tone of your criticism is often unnecessarily harsh and loaded. Calling anybody who believes in any superstition "insane" means that just about everybody is insane. If this is the case, well, that would seem to dampen the meaning of "insane".

Extremely fine human beings are ridiculed and expelled from Buddhist communities all because the "Buddhists" know for certain that all the hell realms are physically real places you can go to after death, and won't have anyone disagreeing. It's hard not to see that as insane.
His Title is wrong, this man is not clearing between Tibetan Buddhism, Mahayana Buddhism and Theravada Buddhism. only the Theravada Buddhism is the original taught and the version had never been changed.
He shouldn't just put the Title as Buddhism since Tibetan Buddhism and original Theravada Buddhism are a lot different each other in theories and concepts. And most of his arguments were based upon Tibetan Buddhism.
By making one word as Buddhism in title mean makes all Buddhisms are same.

No, because no alternative is given. One doesn't tell a child to "stop doing that", you gently direct them to something they can do.
You don't cry "god doesn't exist", "buddhism is false", "reincarnation doesn't exist", etc... give us your ideas instead and we can test them out for ourselves.
It was the buddha who said not to believe what he says, but instead test the ideas out for yourself and believe what you want after forming your own opinion on it.
You tell a child, "Don't put your hand in the fire, otherwise you will experience pain". I think that's helpful advice.

In my opinion none of those beliefs motivates people to do good. They *believe* their behavior is good, but in reality it is only evil. If believing in Buddhism, Jesus, God, the afterlife, etc. gives someone the motivation to do good in their life, why would you want to change that?
Most people who follow the Dalai Lama are leading a life of compassion, love, understanding, etc., why not just let them be?
Who are you to decide what they should believe or tell them that what they believe in is wrong or a myth?
What is ugly to you is beautiful to someone else. What is cold to you might not be for someone else.
