Bad policies, including OUTRAGEOUS fee increases, Paypal only policies, the ban on money orders and checks & the burying of honest sellers' items are just a few of the outlandish and detrimental changes from Donahoe. Paypal as ebay's next core? NOPE! Many banks offer 1 time use codes for each & every online purchase their customers need. Paypal=OBSOLETE!
