  • That was very cool. I've seen several of these farms in PA, but only while flying over them - never at ground level. Awesome sight!!

  • Some are supposedly 300 ft high!!!

  • I agree, videos like this are fantastic! I would have probably never have seen these myself.

I feel as if the gap in the world just got a wee bit smaller, and it did!

    Thanks for sharing.

  • Thanks for watching!

  • Jenny, TJ and our family enjoyed seeing this video. That is something we have never seen before and TJ has watched so many shows about those farms. Amazing and thank you for sharing with us. Oh BTW did you get PMs here on YT from us hun? HUGS oxxoxoox

  • Hi Peggy! I did get the PMs... I've been delinquint in responding with so many activities here... let me get on that.

  • That is amazing. That is a lot of windmills in one place..

  • Hi Miss Truly,

Another video--yippie! This reminds me, as I told you, about the similar windmills on Altamont Pass, between the Bay Area and the San Joaquin Valley. But, zowie! I don't think there are nearly this many on the Altamont! Amazing!

  • Yeah, supposedly some are 300 feet high.

  • Wow....that is really something to see!!

  • Lots of other footage was scrapped, but this was worth saving!

  • wow - and to think of the moaning that goes on where I live when someone puts up 4 or 21, which I think is the biggest where I live.

  • Oh, there are hundreds or thousands... they go on beyond what the eye can see.

  • We have the wind turbine farms up here in Canada as well. I recall my first time seeing them it looked like something out of a sci-fi movie. LOL

    Great video!

    Hugs~Nancy

  • They DO look very sci-fi!!!

  • Jenny!! That was awesome!! I'd love to power our home with wind..don't think I'd need that many though..lol

    Have a great day!

  • It's kind of spooky to just see them everywhere - like you're in some sort of futuristic world... they were on BOTH sides of the freeway!

  • Thank you for this video Jenny. We saw them once when we were living in California. They're awesome! Hugs,~Moonchime

  • I didn't realize how huge they were and how many miles of them there were!
