@Fuku2hoe I live in london one of the most expensive citys in the world, and it does not cost that much for 30 grams of protein. 30 grams of protein = 2-3 eggs, or 1-2 fillets of turkey or chicken breast. im sure a 6 pack of eggs does not cost you over 10 dollars, here i can get 6 eggs for under 2 pounds, and i can go into any super market and purchase 4 chunky chicken breast fillets for under 5 pounds. and turkey is even cheaper than chicken and is more lean.

First, yes some bodybuilders are also powerlifters and vice versa I guess. But to understand why strength and size are generally two different disciplines, you have to understand what makes you big and what makes you strong. Its not your faulty reasoning on technique, its about regeneration of the ATP molecule.
For optimal size you need to operate in the glycolytic pathway so that ATP is regenerated using glucose and glycogen.
musle building is the complete opposite. it is about making the weight as heavy as you can so max fibers are inkluded in the movement and exersised. may i add alot of boddybuilders are also strenght athletes on the side.
That is what gives you great size, and the glycolytic pathway begins to take over after 6 reps or so. Conversely, strength athletes use only stored ATP and maybe regeneration using creatine phosphate. This is a rep range below 5 (i.e. just a few seconds of power).
This is why you can train specifically for size or strength and it goes far beyond lifting efficiency.
i would like to ask if pro builders are fast if it comes to running or fighitng everybody says they are slow but i think not when they can lift so fucking heavy weights....it should be easy for them right ?
they are relatively slow as compared to fighters or athletes...But if we talk about the fight between pro bb and ufc contender it is most likely that bb will be knocked out because of fighting skills and rules of ufc...Now change a scenario to where NO RULES are applied allowed to do anything...pro bb can kill the ufc guy...
I don't think so because a UFC-fighter would be tougher and has more experience in fighting. A bb has a lot of muscles and a low percentage of fat (which actually isn't that good)...and BB easily tear muscles and I'm not so sure about their overal conditionning... but that's my opinion
I hope you realize a pro BB would get his ass wrecked if he went against a pro UFC fighter with no rules. For one, the UFC fighter would have a lot more experience in fighting. For two, the UFC fighter would be 10x as agile and quick. For three, the UFC fighter would have 10x the endurance. The only thing the pro BB could do would be lifting him and throwing him really. And how could he do that if he is being choked out on the floor.

bodybuilders who only bodybuild are usually not nearly as strong as expert powerlifters.
i did both, but remain power training because strength is more important than just a bulky body unless it's what you do, in that case, bodybuilding.

No offence, but this is not quite right.
First, yes some bodybuilders are also powerlifters and vice versa I guess. But to understand why strength and size are generally two different disciplines, you have to understand what makes you big and what makes you strong. Its not your faulty reasoning on technique, its about regeneration of the ATP molecule.
For optimal size you need to operate in the glycolytic pathway so that ATP is regenerated using glucose and glycogen.

That is what gives you great size, and the glycolytic pathway begins to take over after 6 reps or so. Conversely, strength athletes use only stored ATP and maybe regeneration using creatine phosphate. This is a rep range below 5 (i.e. just a few seconds of power).
This is why you can train specifically for size or strength and it goes far beyond lifting efficiency.

they are relatively slow as compared to fighters or athletes...But if we talk about the fight between pro bb and ufc contender it is most likely that bb will be knocked out because of fighting skills and rules of ufc...Now change a scenario to where NO RULES are applied allowed to do anything...pro bb can kill the ufc guy...

I don't think so because a UFC-fighter would be tougher and has more experience in fighting. A bb has a lot of muscles and a low percentage of fat (which actually isn't that good)...and BB easily tear muscles and I'm not so sure about their overal conditionning... but that's my opinion

I hope you realize a pro BB would get his ass wrecked if he went against a pro UFC fighter with no rules. For one, the UFC fighter would have a lot more experience in fighting. For two, the UFC fighter would be 10x as agile and quick. For three, the UFC fighter would have 10x the endurance. The only thing the pro BB could do would be lifting him and throwing him really. And how could he do that if he is being choked out on the floor.

Dips. Lots of dips. Anything where you move your body through space will be better than a stationary exercise like pushdowns or kickbacks. Throw some chains on or hold a dumbbell between your feet. Hit them hard enough and they'll grow.

Well, in theory I think different people have different recovery times and 3 days is what they say you should do AT LEAST, but it doesn't make a difference, you will have to take HGH and some other crap that is completely unhealthy and that will destroy you generally by age 40 to be like these guys no matter who you are, but in reality who needs to look like them?
