I actually heard this song here, and i didn't get to hear it through the yelling, it's good to actually hear it in better quality, you should definitely get a sample ready for some recording studios you have a unique voice, not many guys can be called "sultry", but that's the word that comes to mind when i hear your singing haha.

american idol has a lot of contractual obligations that would prevent him from going far enough...yeah, some people have made it, but not enough of them. i don't think i've heard much from ruben studdard lately...or fantasia(she ended up on broadway for a stint), or any of the other people. i think maybe katherine mcphee is still recording and Kelly Clarkson. American Idol has an iron grip on it's artists, and eventually if they break free soon enough they do good.
