I happen to be a bit of an amateur actor myself, and have seen makings of, so I know alot of times while they're waiting for something, actors love to mess around with eachother, like little kids. He's not as such ill, but he has really bad back problems, which means he can't do Hamlet for quite a while so the understudy is doing it for him. David's very gratful, but I doubt it will be the same without him!

@Snazaroo1845 He had a slipped disc in his backbone which is really painful (I've heard) and yeah, he had to stop playing Hamlet for a while, and actually if you see the Doctor Who confidential for 'The End Of Time Part 2', when the Doctor was strapped to that thing and the vinvocci had to wheel him down a flight of stairs, they actually made a life-like dummy of David, because of the back problems. Mind you, when I found out about the disc, I got so protective of him. lol. Love him! xxx
