Been there done that. From playing in church I've learned one thing. Gospel music at most churches has lost it's true purpose especially "shouting music"

You have to go to the annointed churches the ones where the band is just tight every song is tight nothing sloppy.

All I can really tell you is you should watch Cooper Temple and tye tribbett shouting music

but with shouting music some people can play some people can't but for those who pretty much you are on the right track for playing everything else.
