A voice so beautiful and strong, with little knowledge of vocal technique would still beautiful ... but here he feels perfectly the decline ... in the final part is completely in the throat, all the effort of issue is going out of calibration

Same here. My father got my hooked with Boy, actaully. I started with I Will Follow but I now know everything up to Cedars of Lebanon. I will say older U2 (pre Achtung Baby) sounds better to my ears though.

"magnificent", "breathe"-(dont know why they dropped it on the 2010 leg as an opener?) even the title track sounded great live, but again was dropped..??

According to a leaked set list, this is going to be played on the new tour.

And by the way, I love the new album, mostly because alot of it reminds me of the UF era. Im hardly a blinded U2 fan (I hated most of ATYCLB and still do and didnt like HTDAAB much better), but I think NLOTH is much more like their 80s stuff, and a very good album in general. Quite the opposite of "no good song", it contains their best songs since AB.
