omg, when my dad picked me up from school and i was on my way home, and i was already at the neighborhood, a dog runs across the road, and my dad stopped as fast as he could but he still hit it. But then a family started running towards the dog and kept insulting my dad. They threatend to make us pay the dog bills and they continue to harass us visiting our house, and calling our house phone. But really it was not our fault. If my dad tried to turn he would hit a parked car.
we ended up paying for the bills, and they said we can call the cops and it will still be our fault. They call again talking about the cops and threatend to sue us. I dont understand what we did wrong. We paid the bills, and the dog will be in good shape eventually.
@Ferzerix you shouldn't of payed the bills, its sad the dog got hit but fuck them if they want to act like that, I would have called the cops for them!
OK first off it is not the dogs falt it is the owners and Second you are good driver if you missed tht dog. Also you planned this. you can tell becouse how come you had the vidio camera???

Just to clarify this was actually not planned at all, the video camera was only recording because it had been giving trouble earlier so I shot about 10 seconds of test video to make sure it was okay when this incident occurred. There is actually sound in the real video where we are discussing the camera problems but for some reason YouTube kept removing it from the video. Either way I did miss the dog but just barely, the tires were screeching!

yes always keep ur dog on a leash! I almost lost my puppy because i didnt put her in a leash dogs see thing and if they r curious about it they will go after it. It doesent matter if ur dog is trained well they might still run off i was crying wen i couldent find my dog butt we got her back! keep ur dog on a leash hav a name tag and as always luv ur doggy!!

omg nice driving! if that was me behind the wheel i would have been like screeeeeeeeeccchhhh KABOOM BOOM BOOM! my car would have been in the gutter all blown up and the dog is watching lol.. to me..hitting animals on the road is like hitting children on the road! i panic..even if they are squirrels .. lol
how do we know the dog didn't hit the side of the car, or if he went under the rear wheel? and how do we know if the driver was or wasn't masturbating right before this unfortunate incident?

I was expecting this to be one of those videos where nothing actually happens what so ever.
But, as the title suggests, a dog did in fact nearly get hit by a car.
