  • When you unloaded the weapon was the round backwards???

  • @001los Not sure what your saying, it was not put in the gun backwards if that is the question..

  • @CaptainBerz I watched the beginning (first 21 seconds) of the video a dozen times.

That bullet in the chamber was in there backwards.

Pause the video at just around 18 seconds---19 seconds.

Tell me that the bullet was in there correctly.

  • @shesoneinamelia Nope, I just racked it fast. By that time the slide is already back. The gun would not have gone fully closed if it was in there backwards....

  • yaaay cue tips lol great vid had a hiccup in disassembly thanks!) now i can move on and finish up:) appritiate it!

  • @GESSOARTS Anytime, thanks for commenting.

  • Poopy on the haters. This is good, basic info. I've all but decided my first handgun is to be a Glock 19. Thanks for the vid, saving it to my favorites.

  • You really wrote all that stupid shit in your description?? What a paranoid freak dude. No one cares about this video that much to copy it......

  • @vansurfing Jealousy is strong in this one...lmao

  • Good shit, thanks man!

  • @CBIRBIGS Anytime, thank for watching.

  • As always, great video Berz. GLOCK perfection.

  • this helped me alot on my SW 9mm pretty much the same setup

    thanks

  • What type of bullets do you use

  • @NewJerks2009 Winchester Ranger T-Series

  • This vid helped alot thanks!

  • @sweetblower Thanks for watching!

  • what you pointed out as the "firing pin" was actually the firing pin block...otherwise decent video, though it seems you go really heavy on the ballistol

  • @pvtsnoballz Correct, thanks for the feedback.

  • Well made video. Perfect source for a new Glock owner like myself. This is going in my favorites as a go to source. Thanks for your hard work and clear/concise directions.

  • Thank you

  • @ricardois2fast4u Thanks for watching!

  • Hey i bought a cleanin kit hoppes

    Numer9

    It comes

With sovent and at academy they told me that the sovent is also same as te spray u used, can i still use it and how should i put it on?

  • @tonyacostajr1 Sure, use it as a cleaner, then make sure all the solvent is brushed and taken off and then lube..

  • Ok, i really dot use my gun often, every when do u think i should clean it?

Another thing, is it ok or not to dry fire (i think that what u call it) when u cock it and it dont have bullet and u pull trigger

Last thing, my glock makes a lil ticking noise when i move it up

    Or

Down, do u know if its

    Normal?

  • Yeah very true, i slowed the video & it does seem like its back wards

  • why does the bullet look like it was in backwards when you cleared it in the very beginning???????

  • @STLBOY888 Not sure, I didn't notice. I had the gun tilted backward if I remember maybe it flipped. But having it in backwards is not possible...lol

  • Hey i have a question, every when do i have to clean my glock19? Thanks

  • @tonyacostajr1 After you use it..

  • Great video, very thorough, perfect for a novice like me. Thanks for posting this!

  • @TheDickFontaine Thanks for the kind words, and thanks for watching...

  • "the runner-thru-er" love it!!

  • @late1 lol, thanks

  • Just put 500 rounds through my new 19... Thanks for the video, relieves the stress of cleaning the unknown (and I'm off to buy a nylon brush). Thanks.

  • @johnoreskovich Haha, yea brushes help. Thanks for watching

  • dig the vid. nice strip and clean, nice plus to have in 1080HD thnx

  • @timeik Thanks for the kind words.

  • thnx. LOVE my g19

  • greath video !! very easy cleaning !!!

  • I love q-tips and blue shop towels. Have you ever tried using cotton patches? They're a touch more expensive but infinitely better than the nylon ones. I also mainly just use CLP and I either detail strip the slide or use compressed air to clean out the extractor.

Last difference, I clean in standard def.

  • @MegaGevehr Yea, well my standard def one got the ads removed. I have 17k views on it. So I made another one. Stupid youtube. I got a slide strip video in the future. I got a huge bunch of the nylons, so I am stuck with em for a while. Got them a year ago...lol

  • My favorite gun and I subscribed to your channel, stop by and check out my gun channel.

    Glock n Load,

    Mike

  • I always completely disassemble. I cleaned a guy's G17 1st Gen one time that he had never cleaned before. His dad gave it to him after the PD switched to G22's. He must have ran 30,000 rounds through it between him and all his friends over 12 years. When I took the slide off, the crud filled every void like a sand casting mold & it was rock hard. I didn't even charge him..it was the strangest looking sight. He just added oil to it before & after he shot.

  • @Arwrologist So is that Glock check in the mail? lol, j/k. They run and run, gotta love em.....

  • Captain, it's a dime a gallon down here in Florida.

  • I dig the video and dig the 19 the most!! Good stuff Captain!! Now to the serious stuff.... Not to knock The Hoss but screw frog lube. I use 100% whores blood to lube my gun!! It works like a charm.

  • @xeojx I am sure that stuff is cheap, in this economy...

  • Well done great job on the video sir!

  • @zankwack Thanks...

  • Man! I use 1/4 of the oil you use! But hey, if it works for you! I use CLP lubricant/cleaner. Is ballistol better?

  • @0Rockstar7 They are all good, with the difference being very small.

  • Not sure if i am too anal but it took my 1hr 45min to clean by Glock 19 to my specs last time I shot it! lol

  • @mmz77 Ya, that is a tad long. But being thorough is not bad... ;)

  • @CaptainBerz Nice video by the way. I like to put a little dab of tetra grease on my rails put I oil everything else. Can't beat a Glock!

  • @mmz77 Yea, they are hard to beat as far as they just work...haha

  • @308punishment Nice!

  • @308punishment Yup, I have seen that technique. :)

  • Technically, the runner througher is a bore brush,(But you knew that) some folks like to twist it through slowly. Don't know if it matters What's next 3D and Smell-o-vision? (mmm, I love the smell of solvent in the morning) Great instructional video

  • @redtony58 Mmmmmm indeed

  • Glock is Da Shit!

LOVE my Glocks more than any of my other guns!

  • @EyeSmart I like many guns, as well as glock. They just work...lol

  • Good Vid

  • @Pedrothealien1 Thanks..

  • Use Frog Lube!

  • @TheHossUSMC ;) Oh yes, the froggy lube!

  • @CaptainBerz Seriously!

  • Glock rocks! :)

  • @robbie574 ;)

  • I use Hoppes for the barrel, everything else gets cleaned with heavy concentrated Simple Green.

  • @BTeamHooligan I have been looking into using simple green, seems expensive. But I wanna get some this weekend...

  • Great video man, keep up the good work. I was checking out a Glock 19 last week at the range, it was pretty awesome and I plan on buying one soon.

  • @TryToBeOpenMinded Sweet, let me know..

  • I'm getting a glock soon, great video

  • @ConcernedPrepper Cool, let me know what ya think

  • OH GOD! A glock in high definition... my eyes!

  • @YokoWenis HAHA!

  • HD vids nice :)

  • @Tux3d0 Thanks, my lady got me a hd pocket camcorder for my birthday. ;)
