the white cloud is vapor. forward side air is compressed by the plane nose. the compressed air gets out of the way from the central contact point to a cone literal surface direction as well as the air expands in a moment. thats why the air temperature goes down. the mist appears. technically, the sonic boom is not the vape, is sound.

HELLO? Impressive but the pictures with the funnel shapped mist behind it is not a sonic boom picture. This is just a picture of an airframe flying at normal speeds causing a pressure change which causes a cloud (fog) to form. Heck, you can do it in a car if the humidity is just right. It might sound like it in this video, but it isn't. If people were that close the would now be deaf from the boom.
