Thank you for the great demonstration, your soap looks luscious. I'm new at soap making and when I put a top layer on it always breaks off when I cut the soap into bars. Any ideas on how to get past that?
@ionegeist Thank you for the comment and for watching. I normaly mound my top on once I know the bottom is pretty firm and it will hold the top, I find this way I dont run the risk of separation, if you wait hours or till the next day you run the risk of it separating. I hope this helps
@ionegeist Its my pleasure, sorry I took so long. I'm happy your enjoying my videos, I hope the advise helps you, let me know if you have any other question. =)
Since the glitters washes away can you use the type of glitter found in the craft stores. I found superfine glitter in a craft store can I use it on soap? Thank you!
@modelchickny No, I would strongly recommend not using craft glitter, if it gets in somebody's eyes it will be a problem. I only use cosmetic glitter, this glitter is safe because it is even ment for eye shadows. So please stick to cosmetic grade glitter.
I just wanted to say thank you soooo much for all of your videos. There are lots of soapers who refuse to share their "secrets" but you have a HUGE following and fan base because you show and share. You have been an absolute inspiration to many of us!!
@sherrilenett Gracias!! I really dont have a pattern, I have come to learn that when ever I try to do it a specific design it never turns out right, so I just go with whatever and it turns out good! =)
Hi where do you get your colours from if you dont mind me asking, iam new to soap making n having trouble with colour, i got micas from tkb trading, but some turn out a completly different colour than exspected, n some dont mix in well. Any help would b great:((
Blaze is having a blast in the background!!! Nice technique with the crazy top. As much as I love glitter, I hate getting it on my hands. I put my glitters in salt & pepper shakers.
Beautiful! You are so delicate with your glitter. I am a glitter hog...lol. Nice tips hun! Love all you do ;-) These colors remind me of juicy, tart and sweet candies. Your soaps are huge! Hugs, Maria
Sharing techniques is a very nice thing for you to do. A lot of soapers (myself included) like to keep secrets...you are so sweet. I'm not so sweet lol! You make snow glitter! Those colors are so bright and pretty together! Thank you!
THANK YOU!!!!! I have been struggling with my glitters. I will try it your way. I was going to abandon them and stick with Wet and Wild glitters but they only have three colors.

@mreinstein48 I use micas and oxides, I dilute them in a bit of vegetable glycerin and it works great. I get my colors from tkb trading
