this house looks amazing. Last I played I played in that lot ^^ but my modifications were a little different and I had to add a planting garden, which was really small because of the limited space. by the way, what is that white rectangle on the ceilings? some kind of light? never saw it before... huh?!

@IAmWeirdAndUKnowIt It was "MoveObjects On" (not case sensitive) which allows you to basically place anything anywhere. Be careful, though, because you can select sims and then accidentally delete them, and you can't get them back if you exit build/buy mode. It's really helpful with projects like this though :)

@0xTRellyx0 The white squares are invisible lights. When you go into the game you can't see them and there is just light.

@AEIamPhoebe thanks...do you have any idea how he was adjusting individual roofs like that, without changing the pitch of the others or using the deleting/ undo technique. Is it a mod or something?

@0xTRellyx0 There is a little button for it, next to the "Remove All Roofs" one, it has a little arrow pointing up and down. You click that then you select the piece of roof you want to move and voila :D

@TheSimSupply Thank you...I've been playing this game for years, always getting expansions on the release date, and reading all the new info I can find...and still...never noticed that there...please don't tell me it was mentioned in one of the manuals....How could I have missed that?
