This is one of the games that gets panned in reviews because the testers are too distracted by badass marines, Halo frat parties and 'in your face' games.

I share your opinion. It's not really scary but some at some scenes i thought: Whoa! That was good.

But I also think that the gameplay is very bad. You can only walk that slow through the levels and you must choose between walking or Looking around. Walking and looking at the same time is not really possible.

And the worst thing is that your light is going out very fast. You have between 3 and 5 minutes and you're dead because you light is out. That really sucks.

I just bought this game and played it, it was fucking awesome!!! best horror game since the silent hill series! Even though other players r douches and give it only two out of ten stars, i give it FULL BLOWN 10!!!!! This freaked the fuck out of me so bad! I own this game, and it does have its fair share of pros and cons.

- The control is absolutely clumsy and slippery, the whole time you play the game you're mainly fighting with the controller.

- The graphics are like Hi - Resolution PS1 graphics.

- The 2 player "Courage Test" Becomes repetitive quickly

+ It does manage to scare the shit out of you at points

+ When not fighting with the controls, the game can be pretty interesting and challenging.

+ Helluva lotta fun with a group of friends.
