My husband has a lot of bread for sandwiches every day & stuff like that. He's not interested in losing weight so he eats whatever he wants and really high carb. I eat moderate carb... definitely not low carb, I hate atkins & similar diets
@1THETRUTH10 I think she is following the " I want to lose weight but don't want to give up the crappy food that comfort me" diet. I think she cares more about what animals are fed and how they are treated than her own diet and health ...
Hey, just wanted to leave you a comment. About 7 months ago I got down to my goal weight. It took me about 11 months to get there--I lost 50 lbs. I have been maintaining my weight and continuing to do well. The two things that really helped me was walking--a nice half hr walks with an mp3 player really helps and I don't loath it as i do working out lol. The second thing is unsweetened peanut butter on whole wheat toast with a little bit of honey and bananas!
YOU AND THOSE BLOODY GREY COLES PLASTIC BAGS, WOMAN!!! Get the re-usable ones already!!!!
(I hate it how they only ever put like three items in each bag though, because they "can't overpack them". Great excuse for them to weasel more money out of you so you have enough bags to carry your stuff. Should make the reusable bags free and charge for the plastic ones)
I know... we only have like 4 or 5 green bags & they won't pack them full so they always end up giving us half grey plastic bags. Plus I use plastic for the vegetables because I don't wanna put them on the thing that everyone touches. Plus I ALWAYS say "dont put the large objects in bags" but they bloody do it anyway. PLUS we need plastic bags to line the bin with.
hey! I'm trying to lose some weight too and I noticed that you bought a lot of prepared foods. Do you think that we eat too many prepared foods? Should we go back to eating more whole foods? I try too, but I always wind up with a lot of pre-packaged convenience things as well.
I don't eat pizza very often. My aim in life isn't to have every single meal perfectly balanced. I eat well most of the time and eat what I feel like some of the time. I don't eat chicken because I am vegetarian.
Definitely not low calorie but you could put a tiny bit of cheese on instead of a lot. But then it'd taste crappy - and when I have pizza, I make it to taste GOOD. I only have it maybe once a week max.
That's awesome that they banned it! I wish my grocery haul was like yours. Fresh things don't last in my house because Alice and I are the only ones who eat it. Mike doesn't eat many veggies.
Yeah, I need the bar sooo bad, but the plates are working pretty well in the meantime.
Me & Josh made a budget and we are gonna move out on his wage... there's a 3 bedroom house a bit further out for $240 a week and it's brand new. Just not sure if landlords will want us, because we've never rented before and will be taking 1 dog with us. But he's the world's quiestest dog and he's house trained and everything... but we will see. We reeeally want this house, it's modern, nice open kitchen etc
i bet you she ate both pizzas.

Definitely, but I can't be bothered to cook from scratch every day. I just try and pick the healthier options out of prepackaged foods.

your pizza is full of fat and has too less proteins, which are necessary after workouts.
you should better eat the chicken with some rice.

I love the idea of topping your own pizza with what ever you want, really gives you the freedom to experiment..! are the calories high ?

Ahhhhh. Your too sweet.
I love that you rocked out those plates... Just think about what you can do once you get that bar.
Saving $80 is a fantastic start to getting your own place.
Yummy looking pizza :)

@ByeByeBelly you don't even need equipment to get fit. Do bodyweight exercises. Lunges, squats, push ups, and all the soooo many variation of them.

I'd take the free range BBQ chicken :) Sounds awesome.
