We have photographs of animals, humans (our mothers, sisters, friends and even ourselves) in our muslim homes, on our id cards, passports, in our madrasas and offices.

@zelem92 Islam prohibits drawings, paintings and carvings of living things so muslims do not relapse to Idolatory (especially in the early days of islam when faith was not very strong) and our places of worship will look Islamic and different from those of idol worshippers.

In fact actions are judged according to intentions. So far as she is not painting/carving them to be worshipped she is fine to draw. These things are for home decorations unlike in the early days when they were for worship.

the first prove--> the Prophet (PUOH) said;

أشدالناس عذابا يوم القيامة الذين يضاهئون بخلق الله

the second prove--> the Prophet (PUOH) said;

كل مصورفي النار، يجعل له بكل صورة صورها نفس يعذب بها في جهنم

Both below Hadiths condemns art drawings especially when it involves any living being.. because the prophet mentions that the people who will get the worst punishment in the day of judgment are the people who create drawings similar to the creatures of Allah (i.e. any living being such as Animals, Humans and even Trees). So be careful brothers and sisters as by drawing any living being, you are challenging Allah and thats a big sin which will make you regret it in the day of judgment
