in total its 4 10" that r in process to be repaired . in the mean while i have 2 15" speakers and a 8" sub . there home speakers but my amp seems to make it pound alright . its a car amp qx2-1440 kole audio . so till i fix my car speakers thats what im using . do u think wood glue will make it sound crapy ?

nice . i have a problem with a 10" . suposely it was a disconected wire . but i dont think so . probly its just wack but im thinking of getting a new cone . i have 3 others 2 10" that have the foam torn . i did somethin like what u did . but wat i did was i took it all out and replaced it with some wood glue and another speakers foam . and my other 10" looks to be in good condition but sounds crapy . i think im getin a cone for that one to .

i feel that bad after watching your speakers you use that if you lived near me i would give you 2 big pairs of speakers out my garage for free. one pair has 5 speakers in each cab and 3 in each of the others all in great condition, think i have a seperates stereo too. amp, tape, cd, cd recorder.

damn good video.. i just enherrited some old speakers .. older then i am .. so older then 17 years ... and their amazing .. i was just having some trouble with the bass speakers ( or the really big ones) because as you said the foam is torn all arround it... so is there any place you would recomend to get this glue? or is there a way i can replace the foam all together?

well sylicone can work in a pinch but you can get replacement foam surrounds, probably can get a kit with the glue even
