A Liberal (Obama) lying to protect a member of the CIA? Isn't that supposed to be a tool of right-wingers? Oh wait, this is like the time during Clinton's first swearing-in ceremony. They had a fly-over using Air Force jets and Ron Silver (I think) got upset by the militaristic display. Then someone told him "Ron, those are our jets". The CIA is the US Government.....not dealing with this issue is at the root of the country's imminent decline and what will be a most violent and destructive Revolution as The Water People wrest power from the Oily Elite. Should Davis be tried under Pakistan law? Yes. Why? He doesn't have diplomatic immunity under the Vienna Convention agreements governing this. Despite Hillary Clinton trying to sneak him onto a required embassy list submitted annually to the Pakistani Foreign Ministry, nice try but no.
