It all depends on if they're really effecting anyone. I'm 18 and I still occassionally go trick or treating. I don't go around asking for beers or drugs. I dress up, and go around trick or treating. The only difference is that my parents don't have to pay for my costume, I pay for my own. :) I don't think a problem needs to arise from this.
