  • when i exercise on my ab wheel it feels like my back is gonna break. is it normal or im doing it wrong? im kinda afraid to break my back

  • @og882001 You should never be in pain when you are training. Most likely your lower back is sagging when you roll out. Try tensing your abs hard and see if that helps.

  • that's the correct form!!good video

  • thanks, I found your video very helpful:)

  • scissors is the worst example

  • How many sets how many reps to get ripped abs

  • i have a problem of getting back up when i do the full stretch as showed in your video.any exercise i must be able to do ,prior to using the ab roller.sum kind of pushup or of that sort

  • i like your breathing technique, thanks tips

  • How many long is your work outs and how many days a week?

  • that was average...dude give up, fitness aint 4u..!!

  • A suggestion - I watched for 1:50 and you were showing how to do it wrong - terrible - you lost me.

If you're going to make a video, just do it right - don't waste people's time.

  • thanks average-toe-lite!

  • awesome! This is the best method I've tried. I'm able to do more reps without hurting my back.

  • thanks for the video, and you're right - be carefull with the back, because before i saw this video i didnt know it and my back started to feel pain a bit, so thanks again - u helped :)

  • great video ! I hate being the guy working out incorrectly.

  • This is a wonderful piece of equipment. Mine arrived this morning, it's a single wheel and not a double.. it's just awesome, I've integrated this into my work out along with my swiss ball crunches. I'm positive I'm doing the right things now to finally get the abs I've wanted for so long. It's been a long road... but now it's time to enjoy the journey, knowing there is finally a destination. :)

  • i stick to a 3 second up 3 second down rule to keep my movements slow and stricht. my back doesn't arch and i keep my abs firm. I have been doing them for a while now and it takes me forever to get the same burn i used to. I don't even feel my abs burn until about 100 reps. Basically I just keep going to the point of failure, but maybe i should try something else?

  • @Adonais39 yea..run 30 or 40 minutes pretty hard....the push ups and squads,,then use this..ur abs will be tired.and u will see and feel results fast

  • Hey my friend recommended an ab wheel to me, Im 17 I already have a 6 pack I just need to get more definition on it. How many reps should i do a day man?

  • Tell me something I don't know.

  • I'm curious. I do 120 quick reps without stopping. I'm trying to burn fat and tone my abs, not build bulk. Am I doing the right thing, or should I be doing much fewer reps and holding them? Or...do you have a completely different exercise that's better using this device?

  • I'm just guessing, but if you're going fast I would think you're racing through the parts of the movement that are difficult for you. Most people do this without realizing it. Go for slow and controlled reps. If it's easy from the knees, work your way up to standing, or try it with just one hand on the wheel.

  • @averagetoelite you kinda know what your talking about.. but you cant even do it properly yourself.. so isuggest not talking about it untill you can do it properly

  • @ryukenosuke run a lot before doing this..then uwill burn fat

  • I, actually, began to intake much more antioxidants through tea and freeze dried Acai that I picked up from Whole Foods. Since then, I've been able to lose weight without changing my work out routine. It isn't as fast as the silly online advertisements say, but it really helped.

  • yeah...but doing cardio before this maybe 30 minutes of intense cardio..then this.u will lower ur body fat and get a leg work out, ur abs will get more define

  • @ryukenosuke u wanna tone? then go do some cardio. there is no such thing as spot removal.

  • You explained it well. Could you please have look at my video and tell me if I'm doing it correctly because i feel lower back pain while doing it. Is it normal feeling an ache in the back or am i over-doing it? Thank you!

  • It is not normal to feel discomfort in the lower back. Keep yourself tight and do not allow you back to sag during the movement.

  • @fuuk013 stiff legged dead lifts and deadlifts and reverse crunches will stop that pain in a very short time.. just work on your lower back a bit

  • thx alot man. helped me fix me form alot

  • i got mine for five dollars at five below. It holds up pretty good for the price

  • thanks for the demo.. and explanation.. i feel better now knowing im not that weak if i couldn't do up to 10 in a row..

  • Thanks. Great demonstration.

  • Nice demonstration.

  • Thanks Jedd.
