i can see you have done this for quite some time. hand tossing is the best way to make pizza. it turns out a nice crispy crust pizza. can you give me any tips for how to handle the dough before it gets to the hand tossed stage. i use 3 cups flour to one cup water and one pkg yeast. it turns out to be a nice dough ball but i dont know if i need to put it aside and let it rise or in the fridge for any length of time. can you tell me what the precise method is..

wow ok and also , other than you wasting dough, 1) banana peppers, jalapenos, and pepperoni go ON TOP of the cheese. second, you use more than 2 cups of cheese on the banana pepper pizza, unless it was extra cheese then ignore that, but that most likely wasn't the case since you're doing everything else wrong anyway

When I worked at Papa John's in 1999 we weren't allowed to spin the dough. They told us it made for thin spots. Also, we always had to spread the cheese with two hands, never by sprinkling it directly from the cup. Of course, our manager was a coke-head ass.
