I take it the guy is ok. I think the car went onto his roof anyway and not through the front into the cockpit. Shoudnt they have metal grates on the front of the cars so that nothing can go through the front and hit the driver. I know people have them in the UK most of the time anyway.

Hey look i realize that alot of people on here have tried to take credit for being the driver in the car, but in fact both drivers are teammates of mine! Clayton "hollywood" Hadley (51) and Barry Petty (000) yellow car were running together in this derby and this was a freak hit! We run under precision racing out of south central KY and this was our home town derby in the fall! We are all still running derbys to this day! We have took and laid harder hits than this one, but its still cool!
